Main menu - Designed with the purpose of being highly friendly to users. The way controls are displayed (options) is easy to understand and use, providing important information to remember, such as: birthdays, pending appointments, activities and the financial information a doctor's office has.

Patients - Here you can define the patients cards and his clinical history.  DentalPRO software has a list of all patients (active or inactive) that are in a doctor's office, which can be easily accessed by a search or by simple movements of the keyboard or the Navigators and Data Options. This program also offers information about the balance of the patient in the doctor's office. It can associate each patient with his photo and clinical chart. Over a network you will be able to share the data of the patients with the doctors you chose. If it is working with insurance plans you can also define them in this software.

Clinical Chart - This program is contained in the section of processes, allows you to register the patient's treatment plan.  CaSoft DentalPro is designed so let you insert each one of the tasks you make in your office without any adjustment, instead the program adjusts to your needs. Before beginning to work with the Clinical Chart, you must define the data that the program is going to need: 1) You will have to register the patient's data to whom the treatment plan is going to be applied. 2) For greater facility of the process, you will have to register your office's often used treatments (the program has a direct access to invoke the program Treatments, which allows him to be registering the treatments according to your needs).

Appointments - This program is located the processes section, allows you to register all appointments that has a treatment plan. You will be able to define a patient's appointment for an specific day or time, you can also define a set of periodic appointments.

Prescriptions - This program is also at the processes section, will allow you to register patient's prescriptions in a simple way, the person who is prescribing not necessarily has to remember all the medicines that the doctor's office handles. CaSoft Dental Pro automatically takes the relationship between medicines and their respective uses or prescription. 

Incomes - This program located at the processes section registers partial or total payments. CaSoft Dental Pro allows you to make these transactions in a simple way, besides it displays the patient's payments and treatments history. Also shows patient's complete budget, payments due dates and remaining balance. This is also available in a graphic report for better comprehension.



Questionnaires - This program located an the Files section let you create your clinical questionnaire. Also you can even define all kinds of questions no matter what your specialty. One of the plus you get with CaSoft Dental Pro is how easy it lets you personalize your program data, due to this reason the program is designed so that you can define the clinical questions, those of its specialty, or other examinations you run to your patients. When defining questions, you will be able to assign all messages and sound to critical important questions. The program automatically alerts you when treating a patient with a critical condition.



Agenda- CaSoft Dental Pro® agenda lets you handle all office dentist's time in an optimal way. It is flexible and efficient manner, since it has an excellent control of repetitive tasks as well as the warnings for those activities. The agenda is linked to Appointments, making it easy to define your activities.

Treatments - Located al the Files section, allows you to register all patients treatments. CaSoft Dental Pro© allows to create treatments and to adapt or personalize them at your wish, providing tools so you can attribute each one any characteristics, such as: assign a color to each treatment, assign standard cost (this cost can be modified at the time you apply the treatment), the mouth area where treatment is going to be applied. This program is also useful for registering patients first diagnoses.



Medicines - This program is located in the Files section, all medicines ca be defined. This definitions are useful in the Prescription program. In addition, it will also allow the doctor to track patients prescription.
